Together with fellow Supervisors and Floor Managers, you oversee the implementation of guidelines and procedures, while keeping the visitor experience top-notch. You lead daily briefings, manage breaks and staff schedules, and motivate your team to deliver excellent service. You strike the right balance between being approachable and fun, while also taking firm decisions when needed. From solving operational challenges to supporting and coaching team members, you make sure everything runs seamlessly. You also monitor cleanliness and maintenance, coordinate with cleaning teams, and act as the first point of contact for both staff and visitors. By spotting bottlenecks and suggesting improvements, you actively contribute to an even better guest experience.
Background & Experience
- MBO+ level of education or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of experience in a supervisory or coordinating role in hospitality or events.
- Proven experience leading operational teams in a guest-focused environment.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong leadership with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
- Excellent organizational skills; able to adapt quickly in a dynamic setting.
- Strong communication skills, both spoken and written.
- Solution-oriented, stress-resistant, and highly responsible.
- Flexible availability, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- Part-time position (16–24 hours per week).
- Dutch and English required.
